lines of white powder
hahaha a guy at work just snorted a line of whizzfizz for $15!!!!! I think everyone assumes I'm a drug expert when I pulled out a $50 note to make the straw to snort it up. TV & Movies are the world's best teacher.
Oh my stomach hurts from laughter.... and cramps. God damn girly bits. At least it will be finished BEFORE the surgery. I was so worried I'd be going into surgery with ...*ahem* you know, that time of month thing. I wonder what would happen if I did.... would someone have to change you...? ew gross.
I read some woman's breast reduction journal and she had a urinary catheter during the operation... but no one I've spoken to personally has had one. The idea of one just sounds uncomfortable and gross!

Wow, I'm full of anecdotes today.
I've had a urinary catheter a couple of times. It's not painful, just uncomfortable. They lube up the end and gently insert it. Let me tell you, if your bladder is extremely full, and you can't piss lying flat on your back, getting the catheter is great.

The catheter does not hurt AT ALL! They will wash you with some kind of soap before putting it up, so do not worry about that! I was terrified when I once had to had one put up, because I had heard all kind of rumours about that it would hurt etc! But it does not! SO! If you will have to have a catheter put up, do not worry! ;)

anon- i dont know why you think i need to watch out. as it is, i already wear heavy duty sports bras all the time because i am conscious of jiggling and worried about sagging. i wear a sports bra, crop top and gym top (with inbuilt support) to gym.
i'm getting a reduction and will have to wear a bra pretty much 24/7 for the first 6 months or more.
but thanks for the link anyway :)

i thought the link would be of interest- i didn't know much about how cruel gravity can be to breasts. i wasn't serious writing the "watch out"...SORRY! you really seem to be a specialist on this topic! No discussion! i just thought it's interesting to have a study about it in a different way. Have a nice day!

you think it is gross having one... try removing that from a dead body, not to mention a colostomy bag that is full

Just came across your blog - I had BR surgery a year ago - went from a 34G to a 34DD - it's the BEST thing I've ever done. I'm slender and just don't have the body frame to support giant boobs. Plus, I had tremendous neck and back pain, all of which has subsided. You'll be amazed at how little pain there is - I agree that getting the drains removed was the only truly painful part. Catheter was actually a welcome relief b/c I couldn't pee on my own!!! I was out of work for a month, but was self-sufficient after 10 days or so. Developed an infection in one incision - antibiotics cleared it immediately. The scars do fade, but be patient - I've used those silicone scar sheets with great results.
I'd do it all again in a heartbeat. Best of luck - keep us posted!!!
