went and saw a film at BIFF (brisbane international film festival) called 36 Quai des Orfevres which was really awesome, if not a little fucked up and sad. hopefully going to see a few other films over the weekend too with my biff buddy. the evil month of august has begun- evil in a good way. there is just so much on this month. gigs, trips away, birthdays, and more gigs. so many gigs. seriously, it feels like every decent band in the world has decided to play in brisbane this month. oh and next month too. i forsee a very broke rhiannon- broke but happy. life is good and i will be full of merch and have heaps of photos of cool ass bands.

Take a look at the bands that are coming and just chose the ones that you don't want to see that badly. Then choose the ones that really need to see. Forget about the ones that you didn't pick. The end result will either be good or bad or somthing else if you follow this advice.
